Examine
The Examine the Business phase is used to review the operations from a cyclic management system perspective, process perspectives and management effectiveness. The phase results in a detailed problem root cause definition with potential solution directions and exact benefit identification. The phase is done twice, once to define potential and a second time together with the business employees in charge of business enhancement.
Enhance
The Enhance the Business phase can be implemented via an iterative DMAIC approach, a greenfield design program or a mix of the two. During this phase we design the solutions regardless of whether it is a new operating model, workflow efficiency increase, sustainable cost reduction or any other enhancements needed. Throughout this phase different solutions are tested and implemented to ensure final sustainability.
Empower
The Empower the Business phase focuses on ensuring change sustainability and wider ingraining of the created solutions. This is where all the stakeholders previously not involved with the project are brought in and ownership is created. This phase is usually led by the client’s management (with our support) and results in the originally identified benefits being delivered.
